Due to the nature of our products being made to order and/or custom items, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Custom item orders are provided a mock up for approval prior to production. Any changes to that mock up will be communicated prior to finishing the item and pictures may be provided depending on the severity of the change.
However if there is a defect with your item, please reach out via email to MorganMakingIt@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please also include pictures of the defect for a quicker resolution.
