Whether you are looking for a custom order or a ready to ship item, Hokey Pokey Bean is ready to help.
Our Designed Items:
When purchasing an item already designed on our site, you can expect that item to go out in 3-4 business days. Holidays may impact this turnaround time, but we strive to get your items out as quickly as possible. Any known delays will be noted on the website as well as holiday cut offs for shipping.
Custom Order Items:
Custom orders take more time, so please be aware that the 3-4 business day turn around does not apply.
First a review of your request will be made and any additional follow up details or questions will be emailed to you. If available, a proof will be sent for approval prior to creation of the end product. Changes can be submitted at this time.
Note: Some changes may require additional cost to be added to the product. These will be communicated at the time and agreed upon/paid prior to product creation.
For epoxy tumblers: Glitter color options (if applicable) will be submitted via photograph to your email. These may look slightly different depending on the settings of your viewing device however the best effort possible will be made to ensure lighting and representation of the colors in the photograph is as accurate as possible.
Once all the details about the design and requested date of arrival are determined and agreed upon, and payment is collected via a listing on this site, the creation of your product begins. Feel free to follow along with your creation via Instagram or Facebook!
When finished, final pictures will be sent as well as tracking information.
